Free Worldwide Shipping We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders! To keep things simple for our customers, the shipping cost is already included in the product price. No hidden fees at checkout.

Processing Time All orders are processed and sent to our fulfillment centers within 1–3 business days. You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Where do we ship from? To offer you the best selection and prices, we work with fulfillment centers globally. Your order will be shipped from our warehouses in the United States or China, depending on stock availability and your location.

Please note: If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • USA Orders: 5–15 business days (depending on warehouse location).

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. While most packages arrive on time, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control.

Customs and Import Taxes Since we ship internationally, your order may (rarely) be subject to import duties or VAT once it reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. However, for small pet accessories, these fees are usually not applicable in many regions.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking link. Please allow 3–5 days for the tracking information to update in the system after the initial notification.

You can track your package directly on our website or via global tracking services like 17track.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us immediately at lenaslusarenko865@gmail.com. If your package hasn't arrived within 35 days of shipment, please reach out to us so we can investigate and provide a solution (replacement or refund).
